Bovine theca cells were stimulated with LH (100 ng/ml), wortmannin (W, 0.1 μM), LY294002 (LY, 25 μM), or their combination for 24 h in serum-coated dishes with serum-free medium. Control cells (CTL) were cultured in the absence of added treatments. Culture media were assayed for androstenedione by EIA. Values are means ± SEM for four experiments.
