(A) Both cell lines treated with various concentrations of PTX for 24 h. Both cell lines included cells that had progressed to apoptosis without direct DNA damage induced by a minimum concentration of 10 ng/ml. No concentration-dependent differences were observed at concentrations of 50 ng/ml or higher. (B) Both cell lines were treated with 10 ng/ml, the minimum concentration inducing DNA damage in either cell line, for various reaction times. G2/M-phase arrest occurred in both cell lines.
