In situ localization of miRNAs across different follicular stages in DHT-treated ovaries. Expression of miRNAs is detected as purplish blue color precipitate of BCIP/NBT from the hybridization of specific miRNA probe, whereas green color indicates cellular DNA (stained by methyl green).
