Immunofluorescence detection of TRIB1, TRIB2 and TRIB3 proteins in bovine cumulus cells (CC) and the oocytes. First column represents typical merged confocal images of Tribbles and Hoechst labeling of entire cumulus-oocyte complex (COC). Three right columns are images of CC. Antibodies against rh TRIB1, TRIB2 and TRIB3 proteins and Alexa488-coupled secondary antibodies were used to detect specific labeling. Rabbit IgG was used as negative control.
