Effect of antiprogestins on the expression of p21cip1, p27kip1, Cdk2, cyclin E, and PARP in IGROV-1 (A) and IGROV-1 PTES (B) cells. Cells were treated with 30 μM antiprogestins for 48 h, whole cell extracts were isolated, electrophoresed, transferred to a PVDF membrane, and exposed to the indicated antibodies. HSC-70, a highly conserved protein that belongs to the HSP70 family of molecular chaperones, was used as control for protein loading.
