Effect of the Spry1 knockdown on viability, migration and invasion of 1A9 human ovarian cancer cells. A. Western blot analysis of the Spry1 expression in 1A9 cells after Spry1 silencing with specific siRNA at 24 h (24 h-trans), 48 h (48 h-trans) and 72 h (72 h-trans) as compared to the control. B.
