DEX induces the proliferation of PTX-induced SKOV-3 and HO-8910 cells. SKOV-3 and HO-8910 cells were cultured in a concentration of 10⁴/mL either in the absence or presence of DEX for 24 h. Then, cells of every concentration of DEX were further incubated with or without PTX for 48 h, after which proliferation was monitored by MTT assay. Experiments were performed three times. Data were shown as mean ± SD and compared with DEX 0 nM (Control). *: p < 0.05; **: p < 0.01. PTX: paclitaxel; DEX: dexamethasone.
