The preoperative AMH level showed no difference between unilateral and bilateral cysts in the two groups (Figure 1A). The rate of serum AMH level decline for bilateral cysts was larger than for unilateral cyst in the endometrioma group but not the other benign ovarian cyst group (Figure 1B). The preoperative serum AMH level and cyst size correlated with the rate of serum AMH level decline in the endometrioma group (Figures 1C and 1D).
