The area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.72 (P = 0.01), indicating that the sensitivity of the serum AMH level declining by 50% or less after cystectomy was 85.7% for a patient with an endometrioma ≤7 cm, and the corresponding specificity was 68.0%.
