Immunohistochemical localization of LAPTM4B in bovine tissues. Sections of paraffin-embedded tissues were incubated with the antibody directed against the recombinant bovine LAPTM4B (1: 500 dilution) and the complex was detected with a monoclonal anti-rabbit antibody coupled to alkaline phosphatase and NBT/BCIP as substrate.
