Analysis of proliferative cells in the ovarian fragments. Primordial follicles containing proliferative granulosa cells (log(number/mm2 + 1)) in the ovarian fragments under the different conditions, fresh (F), frozen-thawed (F-T), and after 2 (D2) and 6 days (D6) of culture, were quantified and compared between the control groups and the a 10 μM S1P and b 10 μM Z-VAD-FMK groups.
