  1. Genes that were differentially regulated in OVC were identified by mining the Cancer Gene Index (CGI) by BioXM software. The search identified 117 differentially regulated genes. Of these, 13 genes were identified that exhibited major differential expression in 19 OVC cell lines vs. normal ovarian cell lines (P < 0.05 in all comparisons) (underlined and bold type)
