The effect of BH3 mimetic combinations on annexin V/propidium iodide staining. Ovcar-8 cells were exposed to 66 μM carboplatin or the indicated BH3 mimetic (at the concentration indicated in the Methods section) for 48 h, the cells were labelled with annexin V and propidium iodide and assessed by flow cytometery.
