Table 2 Genes differentially expressed between SKOV3-NV and SKOV3-C1 (Cisplatin Treated). SKOV3-NV and SKOV3-C1 cells were treated with vehicle (DMSO) or 25 μM cisplatin for 24 h (n = 3/group). RNA was isolated and Affymetrix HTA 2.0 arrays were performed to determine differences in gene expression between SKOV3-NV and SKOV3-C1 cells. The top fifteen protein-coding, annotated genes with ≥1.5-fold change (p < 0.05) in either direction (excluding those genes that were already differentially expressed in vehicle treated cells) are listed below
