Cell cycle detected by flow cytometer. Compared with the Blank group and the NC group, the ratio of S-G2M phase cells in UHRF1 Silence group decreased significantly, while the ratio of G0/G1 phase cells increased obviously. The UHRF1 Silence group induced the apoptosis of CaSki cells, which could be substantiated by the appearance of sub-G1 peak in flow cytometric DNA histogram.
