D) Relative luminescence was recorded as a result of ProLabel activity following interactions between JAK3 and LEPROTL1, INHBA and CDKN1B. There was a 42-fold, 34-fold and 15-fold induction in ProLabel enzymatic activity in HEK cells co-transfected, respectively, with JAK3 and LEPROTL1, JAK3 and INHBA, and JAK3 and CDKN1B as compared to the negative control.
