Comparison of cell viability on cultured endometrial cells treated with JANEX-1. In JAK3-non transfected cells, treatment with JANEX-1 (100 μM) significantly reduced the number of viable cells from 4 h through 24 h as compared to the control (P < 0.0002). In JAK3-transfected cells, significant reduction of cell viability by JANEX-1 was observed from 8 h after treatment (P < 0.0001). JAK3 overexpression in endometrial cells significantly increased cell viability as compared to non-transfected cells (P < 0.0004). Means and standard error of means (SEM) are shown
