FSH up-regulated the relative protein levels of VEGF, bFGF and FSHR. The relative protein expression of VEGF (a, b), bFGF (a, c) and FSHR (a, d) in FSH 0.00-CG and FSH 0.30-CG detected by western blot. The protein levels of VEGF and bFGF based on densitometry units showed gradual increase from 0 h to 12 h in culture in FSH 0.30-CG. The protein level of FSHR based on densitometry units showed a significant increase from 3 h to 6 h in FSH 0.30-CG. The relative protein levels of VEGF, bFGF and FSHR decreased gradually from 6 h to 24 h in culture in FSH 0.00-CG. Asterisk (*) indicates a significant increase between FSH 0.00-CG and FSH 0.30-CG at the same time point (P < 0.05)
