Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve analysis for the combination chemotherapy. Tumor samples from 33 ovarian cancer patients (Charité Berlin, 2012) were used. A CTR-Test was performed and the patients were treated with a combination chemotherapy which was measured by the CTR-Test. The individual patients were evaluated regarding their clinical response (responder or non-responder) and their CTR-Test result (SR, MR or ER) (see Table 3). A ROC curve analysis was performed to investigate whether the CTR-Test is able to predict the clinical response. The corresponding area under the curve (AUC) value is 0.85 and the 95% confidence Interval (CI) is 0.6942–1
