OCT-4 and FSHR immuno-localization on sheep ovarian sections. a Few cells on OSE were positive for OCT-4 (b-d) cluster of oocytes/oogonia in primordial and primary follicles and ooplasm were positive for OCT-4 whereas (c-e) surrounding granulosa cells and stromal cells were completely negative.
