SMAD7 and ACVR2A are the direct targets of the miR-424/503 cluster members. Relative luciferase activity in bovine granulosa cells co-transfected with pmiRGLO vector harbouring the wild-type (WT) or mutant (MT) 3´-UTR sequence of SMAD7 or ACVR2A and the corresponding miRNA mimics or negative controls (NC) for miR-424 and miR-503. The data are presented as the mean ± SEM (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01)
