Table 2 Luteolin increased the sensitivity of CAOV3/DDP cells to cisplatin. The Q value was calculated to evaluate the effect of the combination of the two drugs. The inhibition rates were measured by CCK-8 assay. CDDP combined with luteolin (100 μM) showed a synergistic inhibitory effect on the proliferation of CAOV3/DDP cells (Q = 1.22 ± 0.04, > 1, P < 0.01). The data were expressed as the mean ± S.D. in triplicate
