From: Overexpression of CCDC69 activates p14ARF/MDM2/p53 pathway and confers cisplatin sensitivity
CCDC69 overexpressing cells showed abrogated G2/M arrest after cisplatin treatment. 293 wildtype and 293 CCDC69 overexpressing cells were treated with 50 μM cisplatin for 48 h, and then cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry.
