Isolated follicles were cultured for 3 days and analyzed for mRNA expression levels of (a) Amh, (b) Bmp2, (c) Bmp6, (d) Bmp7, (e) Amhr2, (f) Acvr1, (g) Bmpr1a and (h) Bmpr1b.
