Migration and invasion induced by the CX3CR1/CX3CL1 interaction in hypoxic OvCa cells. OVCAR-3, SW 626, and TOV-112D cells were cultured in the presence of CoCl2 (150 μM) (to mimic hypoxia), and with or without CX3CL1 (chemoattractant) and KC7F2 (inhibitor) in the medium. Over 6 days, migration and invasion were assessed.
