WT and Mut are collectively designated as WM. (B) Heatmap data from the RNA-sequencing analysis. Overall, 132 transcripts, including 51 protein-coding genes, were significantly increased in WM group compared with the NC group. The expression of 272 transcripts decreased significantly. Red and blue indicate expression at relatively high and low levels, respectively. The experiment was conducted four times. (C) Gene Ontology (GO) analysis of the 51 protein-coding genes described the biological processes of the increased expression genes in WM cells compared with those in NC cells
