CTBP1-AS2 and miR-216a failed to regulate the expression of each other. To further analyze the interaction between CTBP1-AS2 and miR-216a, UWB1.289 cells were transfected with CTBP1-AS2 expression vector or miR-216a mimic, and the overexpression of CTBP1-AS2 and miR-216a was confirmed by RT-qPCR (a).
