Pathway analysis of significantly differentially expressed genes. GSEA (Gene Set Enrichment Analysis) reveals that the MII-CC cohort significantly downregulate pathways involved in chromatin assembly, apoptosis, mitotic cell cycle control, and DNA repair processing (in blue) and significantly upregulate pathways involved in lipid biosynthesis, steroid metabolism, inflammation, and leukocyte activation (in orange). A total of 60 gene sets were enriched in upregulated genes and 223 gene sets were enriched in downregulated genes at FDR q-value < 0.05. The size of the node corresponds to the number of genes in each gene set
