miR-200b regulated ovarian cancer cell proliferation and invasion through affecting macrophage polarization. M0 macrophages were transfected with nothing, mimic NC or miR-200b mimic. Then, the culture medium of macrophages were collected and then were used to culture ovarian cancer cells.
