Ghrelin enhanced the suppression of cisplatin on tumor growth in vivo. Mice were subcutaneously injected with HO-8910 PM ovarian cancer cells. One week after injection, mice were treated with PBS (control group), ghrelin, cisplatin and the combination of ghrelin with cisplatin every 4 days.
