miR-149-3p knockdown inhibited the proliferation, EMT, migration and invasion of cisplatin-resistant OC cells. A. The optimal concentration of cisplatin was identified by CCK-8 assay. B. miR-149-3p expression was detected in A2780/DDP cells after transfection with miR-149-3p inhibitor or NC inhibitor. C-D. The proliferation of A2780/DDP cells was detected by CCK-8 (C) and colony formation (D) assays. E. Western blot was performed to detect EMT-related protein expression of A2780/DDP cells. F. The migration of A2780/DDP cells was detected by Wound healing assay. G. The invasion of A2780/DDP cells was detected by transwell assay. *P < 0.05.
