Elevated miR-92a constrains proliferation, migration, invasion and EMT of OC cells, and accelerates cell apoptosis. A-B miR-92a expression in OC cell lines was assessed using RT-qPCR; C viability of SKOV3 and A2780 cells was detected by CCK-8 assay; D expression of EMT-related proteins in OC cells was measured by RT-qPCR; E colony formation ability of SKOV3 and A2780 cells was detected by colony formation assay; F Transwell assay was employed to determine the invasion ability of SKOV3 and A2780 cells; G migration ability of SKOV3 and A2780 cells was evaluated by scratch test; H apoptosis rates of SKOV3 and A2780 cells were measured by flow cytometry; * P < 0.05 vs IOSE, + P < 0.05 vs the mimic-NC group; the data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation, t-test was performed for comparisons between two groups, ANOVA was used for comparisons among multiple groups
