Effects of Baicalin on the proliferation and apoptosis of granulosa cells. After conventional culture, the granulosa cells were starved for 24 h, and then Baicalin (10 μM) was added. The CCK-8 kit was used to detect the OD450 values of the KGN cells (A) and primary granulosa cells (B) 72 h after treatment. Cell viability was compared between the different treatment groups. The human primary granulosa cell proteins were extracted 48 h after Baicalin treatment, and the protein expression levels of Bcl-2, Bax, and Caspase 3 were detected using western blotting (C). Total RNA of the human primary granulosa cells treated with Baicalin for 48 h was extracted using TRIzol, and the mRNA expression levels of Bcl-2, Bax, and Caspase 3 were detected using real-time PCR (D).
