Baicalin could partially reverse the oxidative stress damage of granulosa cells induced by hydrogen peroxide. After conventional culture, primary granulosa cells were starved for 24 h, followed by incubation with Baicalin for 72 h and treatment with 1.5 mM hydrogen peroxide for 3 h at the same time. The apoptosis rate (A & B) was detected using a flow cytometry apoptosis kit. *** P < 0.001
