Effects of Baicalin on the steroid hormone production ability of ovarian granulosa cells in vitro. Primary granulosa cells were purified and planted in 6-well plates, followed by conventional culture for 24 h, and then starved for 24 h. After treatment with Baicalin (10 μM) for 48 h, the cell culture medium was collected and centrifuged to obtain the supernatant, followed by detection of the levels of estradiol (A) and progesterone (B) using a chemiluminescent immunoassay kit. The total RNA of the granulosa cells was extracted using TRIzol, and the mRNA expression levels of P450arom (C) and stAR (D) were detected using real-time PCR. * P < 0.05, and ** P < 0.01
