The effect of DMSCs on lymphocyte cytokine secretion. Compared with the CD4 + T group, the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in the DMSCs + CD4 + T group were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the level of TNF-α was significantly increased (P < 0.05). Compared with the DMSCs group, IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α in the DMSCs + CD4 + T group were significantly increased (P < 0.05). The results shown are means ± SEM
