The Integrated Stress Response (ISR) is involved in the pathogenesis of primary ovarian insufficiency. Manipulating the phosphorylated state of eIF2ɑ with Salubrinal increases primordial follicle numbers and improves fertility and fecundity in a GalTKO mouse model of Classic Galactosemia
