From: Gab2 plays a carcinogenic role in ovarian cancer by regulating CrkII
Gab2 affects the biological function of ovarian cancer cells through CrkII. AÂ Co-IP was employed to determine the relationship between Gab2 and CrkII in A2780 and SKOV3. BÂ Knockdown of CrkII reversed the migration of ovarian cancer cells induced by Gab2 overexpression. CÂ Knockdown of CrkII reversed the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells induced by Gab2 overexpression. DÂ The effect of Gab2 on the chemosensitivity of ovarian cancer cells depends on CrkII
