HDAC inhibition reduces the viability of ovarian cancer cell lines in vitro. The ovarian cancer cell lines OVCAR8 (a), SKOV3 (b) and their paclitaxel resistant derivatives OVCAR8-TR (a) and SKOV-3-TR (b) were treated in triplicate with the indicated concentrations of SAHA or LBH589 for 48 h. Relative viability was assessed by MTT assay. Data plotted are mean +/− SEM
