DHT in vivo treatment regulated NPY receptors contents in granulosa cells. Granulosa cells of in vivo DHT treatment model rats were isolated. Total protein was extracted and NPY receptors contents were assessed by Western blot. Representative Western blot results are shown. DHT treatment significantly increased NPY2R (B) and NPY5R (D) contents in granulosa cells. These results indicate that hyperandrogenism regulate NPY receptors in a receptor-type-specific manner. One replicate of granulosa cells was isolated from one rat. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM of independent replicates (CTL, n = 6; DHT, n = 6) and analyzed by unpaired t test. *, p < 0.05
