  1. *Confounders including GH supplement, age, AMH, AFC, BMI, number of previous OS cycles, duration of stimulation, total dosage of gonadotropins, and estradiol on trigger day, were evaluated using multivariate logistic regression models (backward LR). Covariates were retained in the final adjusted model if they were significantly associated with the outcome parameters (P < 0.05). For the subgroup of women aged 44–46 years, none of the aforementioned variables were significantly associated with the acquisition of euploid embryos; therefore, they are not presented in the table.
