Verification of cell viability after treatment with gradient concentrations of Bisphenol A (BPA). After treating pre-antral follicle granulosa cells (mpGCs) with different gradient concentrations of BPA at 0, 10, 50, 100, 150, and 200 μM for 12 h, cells were collected for different experiments. A Live-dead cell staining showed a dramatic decline in cell viability in the group treated with high concentrations.
