ALDH1 (+)- related miRNAs are associated with chemoresistance in ovarian cancer cells and tumor tissues. A. A comparison of miRNA expression in SKOV3 and chemoresistant SKpac cells. miRNAs-23b, -27b, -346, and −503 were significantly upregulated in SKpac cells compared with SKOV3 parent cells. B. Expression of ALDH1 (+)-related miRNAs by qRT-PCR in chemosensitive and chemoresistant ovarian cancer tissues. Relative expression levels were normalized to those of normal epithelial cells. Expression levels of miRNAs-23b, -27b, and −424 were significantly upregulated in the chemoresistant group compared with those in the chemosensitive group.
