Versican contributes to EOC cell migration. (A) Unmodified SKOV-3, SKOV-3 stably transfected with scrambled shRNA and VCAN shRNA (3 different clones), and SKOV-3 transiently transfected with control or VCAN siRNA, as indicated, were cultured to complete monolayers followed wounding with a pipette tip.
