From: Succinate dehydrogenase subunit B inhibits the AMPK-HIF-1α pathway in human ovarian cancer in vitro
SDHB silencing promoted ovarian cancer cell invasion and migration. The transwell assay and the Boyden Chamber test were used to evaluate cell invasion and migration after SKOV3 and A2780 cells were treated with SDHB siRNA for 48 h. The number of invaded and migrated cells was counted using a bright-field microscope (200×). Representative images and the relative cell invasion and migration rate were shown in (A) and (B).
