The results of the migration following Clusterin gene silencing (a) A scratch assay was used to detect the migration ability of TOV-21G cells after Clusterin silencing. The two groups were treated with a pin, respectively, for 24h. The cells of LV-CLU group had a greater migrating distance compared to the cells of NC-CLU group. (b) A scratch assay was used to detect the migration ability of OVCAR-3 cells after Clusterin silencing. The results was similar to the TOV-21G cells
