  1. Daily sub-cutaneous (SC) injection and per os (PO) administration for each experimental group composed of 8 mice. The total volume for both the SC injection and the PO administration is 0.1 ml of sesame oil or of saline solution respectively. The treatment continued for 20 consecutive days
