MiR-186 induces cell apoptosis. Transfection with miR-186 could induce ovarian cancer cell lines A2780 (a), A2780/DDP (b), A2780/Taxol (c) and OVCAR3 (d) cell apoptosis while anti-miR-186 transfection inhibited cell apoptosis in ovarian cancer cell lines.
