Inhibition of FAK phosphorylation attenuates SKOV3 cells metastasis in vivo. Mice bearing SKOV3^luc-Lenti-CTHRC1 cells were i.p. injected with PF-228 for treatment group and vehicle as control, respectively. Total radiance flux (a) and metastases (b) were both declined in PF-228 treatment group.
