Effect of quercetin on cell viability and estradiol production of rat ovarian granulosa cells. Data are presented as the Mean ± SD. a Cell viability was detected via CCK-8 assay. Quercetin at 20 μM significantly rescued the decrease in cell viability caused by H2О2-induced oxidative stress, and 50 μM quercetin both rescued the H2O2-induced cell damage and ameliorated the H2O2-induced decrease in expression of oxidative stress-related proteins; b estradiol production was detected by radioimmunoassay. Quercetin did not rescue the 2O2-induced decrease in estrogen. (comparing with control, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001; comparing with H2О2, ##P < 0.01,###P < 0.001)
